Lonnie and Timmie Melancon are beekeepers who live deep in South Louisiana. In 2017, their honey was selected as the national champion at the joint conference of the American Beekeepers Federation and the National Honey Packers Association. They are also excited to have created a wonderful product called creamed honey, and Timmie gives classes on making beeswax candles.
